Rampoldi opens its doors in New York! Our beloved Monégasque restaurant has arrived in the Big Apple, bringing the fresh marine breeze of Monte-Carlo to the buzzing city that never sleeps. If you aren’t already a Rampoldi aficionado, be prepared to enter a parallel dimension where you’ll feel as if you’re dining beneath the blue skies of the Côte d’Azur, and in the elegance of Mediterranean Europe – without leaving the city.
The menu stays unchanged in order to savour every morsel of chef Antonio Salvatore’s creativity: a perfectly balanced and harmonized blend of French and Italian flavors. So stand by to taste everything from our chef’s specialty truffle pizza, to paccheri I.G.P. alla Siciliana and Rampoldi’s all-time favorite dessert: profiteroles.
The glamorous interior has been designed to mirror the original restaurant in Monaco, but with unique elements to match the energy and opulence of the ever-moving city. Renowned artist Domenico Zapata, a favourite in celebrity circles, has painted three versions of The Mona Lisa to complement Rampoldi’s Baroque-style walls, while marble floors and Murano glass chandeliers will transport diners to a place of decadence and delight.
We look forward to welcoming you to Rampoldi New York.
